Referral rewards — program terms
The terms of the referral rewards program, plainly stated.
When your share or referral link leads a dealership to become a paying Maximum Automotive Intelligence customer, we thank you with a $250 gift card. These terms govern that program.
The program
The referral rewards program is offered by Maximum Automotive Intelligence of Louisville, Kentucky ("we", "us"). It thanks the person whose share or personal referral link directly introduces a dealership that becomes a paying Max customer.
Eligibility and enrollment
Participation is open to individuals 18 years or older. To receive a reward you must enroll: your name, a way to reach you, and acceptance of these terms. Enrollment concerns only the reward — your links and shares work the same either way. We may decline or revoke an enrollment at our discretion.
How a referral is credited
Referrals are credited through the links this program provides — your personal referral link or the share links you create in Ask Max. Credit goes to the person whose link directly introduced the buyer, determined by our attribution records, which are final. There is no multi-level structure: rewards never flow upstream to earlier referrers.
The reward
One reward of $250 per referred dealership, earned when that dealership completes its first purchase and payment is received. The reward is delivered as a gift card to the contact details on your enrollment within thirty days of the sale closing.
Your own store
You may refer your own dealership or another dealership within your organization, provided the referred dealership is not already a Max customer when the referral is made. You are responsible for making sure your participation, including accepting a reward, is permitted by your employer’s policies.
Taxes
Rewards are taxable income to you, and cash gift cards are cash equivalents. Where United States tax law requires it (600 USD and up in a calendar year), we will request a completed Form W-9 before paying and will issue a Form 1099-NEC. You are responsible for any taxes on rewards.
Honest promotion
Shared pages disclose that the sender may receive a reward — the people you share with deserve to know. When you promote Ask Max, do it honestly: no spam, no misleading claims, and never present yourself as our employee or agent.
Your information
We use your enrollment details to administer the program and deliver rewards, handled as described in our privacy statement. We do not sell them.
Changes, fraud, and termination
We may approve, decline, or adjust any reward at our discretion, and may change, suspend, or end the program at any time. Fraud or abuse of the attribution system voids rewards and enrollment.
General
This program creates no employment, agency, or partnership. Rewards are not transferable and are void where prohibited by law. The program is offered in the United States and Canada, and disputes are governed by the law of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Questions: contact@maxautointel.com.
